SAY - Organized Sandlot Baseball

SAY was founded in the fall of 1989 as an instructional league providing the opportunity for kids to learn new positions as well as develop overall baseball skills . SAY is a California non-profit Organization.

SAY encourages each community to attempt to enroll as many children as possible into the league. The organization was founded with the goal of providing an outlet for kids of all talent levels to play baseball each fall. Please try your best to accommodate the children of your community and assist those that wish to play. Get the word out and form as many teams as possible.

SAY acts as a facilitator:
1. Obtains insurance coverage for league coaches, players and fields.
2. Provides hats and t-shirts for the players.
3. Generates a schedule of games for each team that joins.
4. Baseballs are provided.
5. SAY does NOT assemble teams or secure access to fields in the local communities.
6. Establishing teams and obtaining fields is the responsibility of each team's coaches.
